Mojito Tapas

Last night we headed out to another spot in Louisville that David and I love...Mojito Tapas. The beauty of a tapas restaurant is that you can try so many different entrees because the portions are small. Just to give you an idea of the great presentation at this restaurant...I took along my camera. It's as good as it looks!


Guacamole & Chicharritas- Avocadoes, tomatoes, cilantro, mild roasted Poblano chile, lime juice, red onions served with our home made plantain chips.


Chicken Ropa Vieja- Shredded chicken seasoned with bell peppers and onions cooked in a wine tomato creole sauce, served over steamed white rice, black beans and sweet plantain.


Fish Tacos- Breaded and pan friend grouper strips over corn tortilla topped with our homemade guacamole salsa fresco, sour cream, jalapenos, sliced red onions and fresco cilantro.


Raviolo


Trio de Chocolate- Chocolate custard, Milk chocolate ice cream, Chocolate mousse, topped with banana brulee and seasonal berries.
