hello, houston

We left Grammar & Pop's at 4:20 am. Tomorrow morning is the big visa interview.  Depending on how that goes, our little American adventure could come to a close sooner rather than later.

In the meantime, we went to see the NASA Space Center in Houston.

We touched a real moon rock.

We also watched a science "show," during which the scientist ate a graham cracker that had just been frozen in liquid nitrogen.  She proceeded to blow "smoke" out of her nose and mouth like a dragon. I understand that it's pretty amazing to be able to look inside a rocket, see an actual space suit, touch a moon rock, etc...but that liquid nitrogen trick was seriously one of the craziest things I've seen in a while.

Hope your day was out of this world! (I just can't stop myself sometimes.)
